The Palm Residence | Scandinavian-Inspired Living

Project Details

The Project Located in Palm Jumeirah, this apartment combines Scandinavian simplicity with warm, natural finishes. The design uses clean lines, soft colours, and a mix of wood and textured surfaces to create a comfortable, modern home. Design and Challenges The main focus was to bring the different materials together while keeping the look clean and consistent. The warm timber finishes, muted greys and textures to add character without making the space feel busy. Fit-Out Execution and Technical Delivery The project brings together material coordination, bespoke joinery execution, appliance integration, and interior finishing to deliver a cohesive residential environment. Logik focuses on translating design intent into practical, well-coordinated built elements. From the relationship between cabinetry and appliances to the junctions between finishes and the integration of lighting, attention to detail is essential to achieving a consistent final result. Material selection and finish coordination help ensure that individual elements work together aesthetically and functionally. Careful execution of joinery, surface finishes, and integrated components supports both the visual quality of the interior and its everyday usability The Result The completed residence presents a refined, Scandinavian-inspired interpretation of contemporary living in Palm Jumeirah. Warm timber, muted colours, integrated lighting, and clean architectural lines come together in a home that feels considered, comfortable, and functional. For Logik Fitout and Technical Services, the project reflects an approach centred on quality execution, bespoke detailing, thoughtful material selection, and the precise delivery of contemporary interiors.
