By accessing and using the Logik.ae website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Logik.ae provides fitout and interior contracting services including but not limited to residential fitout, office fitout, retail fitout, renovation, interior design, and custom joinery. Specific services are detailed in project proposals and contracts.
Quotations and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be subject to site conditions and client requirements. Any changes to the scope of work will be documented and may affect the final price.
Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. Typically, payments are structured in stages based on project milestones. Full payment details will be outlined in your project agreement.
Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions. Delays due to factors beyond our control, such as material availability, client changes, or unforeseen site conditions, may affect completion dates.
We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in project contracts. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by others.
Logik.ae's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.
All designs, drawings, and materials created by Logik.ae remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Project documentation provided to clients is for the specific project only.
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with UAE law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
